Ache Ease Herbal Balm

A warming combination of Comfrey, St Johns Wort, Yarrow, Rosemary, nettle seed infused oils with bees wax and Shea butter and black pepper and peppermint essential oil.

Mel who makes the products has a full spinal fusion, and suffer from muscle and nerve pain, so the muscle ache balm is a blend of what has worked best for me and as life long gardener and mother of two, now in my late forties. Mel also drinks anti inflammatory herbal teas alongside using the balm when i’m having a particularly challenging time (British winters).

The Balm can help ease muscle aches and challenges associated with arthritis, and sciatica.
