Ingredients: Apple, Lavender, Camomile, St. John's wort, LEMON BALM, Licorice, Fennel, Peppermint, Valerian, Natural flavours (organic compliant).

Handcrafted blend with a delicate balance of chamomile, apple, and mint

Add 1 heaped teaspoon of the blend to an infuser. Steep for 3-5 mins depending on preference.
