Red Tent Elixir

A blend of potent homegrown homemade tinctures of Yarrow, Skullcap, Mugwort, Chamomile, Vitex Agnus Castus with flower essences of Yarrow, Lavender, Apple blossom and Dandelion and raw honey. We need all the support we can get during the times when hormone fluctuations can be challenging and exhausting. Mel takes this blend during the Luteal phase (after ovulating and in the build up to the bleed). Mel suggests 3 drops under the tongue 3 times daily during this period, or in water.
