Samhain or summer’s end was one of the four main festivals celebrated in the Gaelic calendar, marking the end of the harvest and the beginning of winter and the new year. Equivalent to Beltane on May 1st, Samhain was a night when witches and spirits were abroad, it was a time to pay homage to your ancestors, and to give them a seat at your table. It was also a night to test the fates and divine the future.

This oil has been crafted to aid you in the celebrations, spells and rituals of Samhain. Use to anoint your tools, candles and magical items, or add to an oil burner or incense blend.

Blended to prepare your mind and body for the rigours of the day and to open your senses to the thinning veil and the Otherworld. Blended from high quality essential and sweet almond oils and infused with the magical herbs associated with Samhain, this is a sweet, earthy scent composed of Jasmine, Ginger, Orange, Rosewood and Rosemary.
